Center is about dominating your opponent anyway possible, it is a close
range hybrid self defense system, that will teach you how to defend
yourself in an attack or potentially dangerous situation that could lead
to an assault. Ray's Combat Kickboxing Program is a mix of many
systems. The Haganah self-defense system is a complete Israeli
Combative methodology based on both Israeli martial arts and Israeli
military tactics. Haganah also covers hand to hand tactics (CQC)
which include Defensive Handgun Concepts, Tactical Blade Concepts,
Combat Grappling, & Grappling Defense. Haganah itself is sought out by
many professionals from countless Law Enforcement Agencies and Elite
Military units. The F.I.G.H.T. program is for street defense
because Haganah is
designed specifically for Reality-Fighting and it's built for the worst
case self-defense scenarios.

Owner and Chief Instructor of (RCK) Coleman Ray holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt in the World Class Israeli Self-Defense System (Haganah) under Master Mike Lee Kanarek. Coleman also holds a 3rd Dan Black Belt in the Joe Lewis Fighting Systems under Grand Master Joe Lewis. Coleman is also a Certified F.I.G.H.T. Instructor. Coleman is Israeli Tactical Knife Certified, Israeli Trench Fighting Certified and he is a Certified Combat Fitness Instructor along with a Degree in Fitness & Nutrition. Coleman started his training in Martial Arts at the age of 8 years old and has over 25 years of experience in Martial Arts. Susan Ray has been training in Kickboxing & Muay Thai for over 12 years now and she holds a 1st Dan Black Belt under Grand Master Joe Lewis and she is also a Certified Combat Fitness Instructor.
